The rush from a phone call or an email. All the words and moments and sloppy kisses. The maps on the wall of his bachelor apartment. The smells she tried to take with her.

a beautiful fall day in my little city

which, btdubs, if you haven't already read in Macleans, is Canada's Smartest City. Did you have any doubts?

Speaking of smartie-pants, class went well. I'm already a financial genius. not really. but at least I'm inspired.

I had a really great night last night. One of my favourite things is enjoying a movie I've barely heard of. too often previews ruin them. I went to Burn After Reading and it is highlarious. It's definitely one of the best movies I've seen in a real good while. For the first half of the movie, I kept getting waves of wincing discomfort.... but then there was some relief....and it's all terribly funny.

Anyhoo, back to work for me. Have a good one.
